With roughly 20 years of experience as a makeup artist, I specialized in body painting, special effects, custom prosthetics, beauty, and prop fabrication. I owned and operated a studio in Brooklyn, NY, where I sold airbrush equipment and my own private-label cosmetic line. While there, I created comprehensive curricula and taught all forms of makeup artistry, both at the studio and through mobile workshops across the tri-state area.
In addition, I spent seven years running an online business selling custom prosthetics worldwide. By developing an accelerated drying technique and building an efficient assembly-line airbrushing setup, I successfully scaled production for global distribution.
Due to health reasons, I am no longer actively building my traditional makeup career, though I continue to provide emergency moulage for NYU’s disaster preparedness drills.
Throughout my career, my client roster and key project credits have included Coca-Cola, Sony, Paper Magic Group, MTV, CMT, Marvel Comics, PETA, Maxim, NYC Fashion Week, The Walking Dead promotions, After Dark Films promotional events, Howard Stern, the NYPD, the NYC Village Halloween Parade, New York Comic Con, Heidi Klum’s legendary Halloween parties, and numerous private clients.
